Before asking for a refund make sure you've check our Help & Support space and that you talked with Laura or Daniel, some bugs can be easily solved.
Remember that if more than 14 days have passed after your purchase, Apple will reject the request.
You may request a refund directly to Apple and here are the steps:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- If you see the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item you want to request a refund for, click it.
- Follow the instructions on the page to choose why you want a refund and submit your request.
If you can't request a refund on reportaproblem.apple.com
If the charge is pending, you canʼt request a refund yet. After the charge goes through, try to request a refund again.
If you have an unpaid order, you need to pay for that order before requesting a refund. You might need to update your payment information.
